Mushroom contains some of the most potent natural medicine on the planet it contains lots of nutrition and controls your diet as well. Let me give you an idea about what is penne .penne is a 
Cylindrical shape pasta which is made of wheat flour and eggs. So today’s our "Mushroom Penne Pasta Recipe" is very healthy and full of nutrients because it not only contain mushroom but it
is cooked under olive oil which is cholesterol free.




Ingredients:
Tomatoes- 6-7  
Medium size onion 2  
Mushroom-200gms 
Flakes of garlic-4-5  
Black pepper powder-1 tsp 
Italian herbs mix-2 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil-2-3tsp 
Parmesan cheese-2tsp 
Salt to taste 
Penne-200 gms
Water-3 or 4 cups 



Preparation:
How to make penne?
1. Take half bowl of water and boil it till weepers come out of it now pour the whole penne in it .close the lid and let it boil for about 7-8 in low medium heat.
2. Now drain the water and preserve it.
Preparation of sauce:
1. in a pan heat olive oil.
2. Add sliced onion and stir it till it is golden brown.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste fry for about 2 minutes.
4. Now add tomato puree and stir it till it leaves oil. 
5. Now add all the dried herbs, salt and pepper and stir well till the whole mixture get into one and      now add parmesan cheese.
6. Now let the sauces cook for around 25 to 30 minutes on low heat and don't forget to mix it after every 2 minutes.
7. Now add mushrooms into it and mix well.
8. And once the mushroom starts leaving water now add penne into it and let the penne cook in that remaining water of tomato mushroom sauce. 
9.and once the mixture get dried up now add 2tsp of fresh cream and close the lid and let it be for about 5 minutes. Now "Mushroom Penne Pasta" ready to serve.
you can even serve "Mushroom Penne Pasta"in a different way by  penne pasta and sauce serving separately without mixing the both.
